3. Design Development

Once the concept is approved, we refine every detail. This includes finish selections, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, and custom design elements. Detailed floor plans and 3D renderings may also be presented.

4. Budget & Project Planning

A comprehensive proposal is prepared outlining product selections, estimated costs, project timeline, and installation schedule. We coordinate with contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure everything is aligned before implementation begins.

5. Procurement & Project Management

Our team manages the ordering, tracking, and receiving of furnishings and materials while overseeing communication with manufacturers, contractors, and installers throughout the project.

6. Construction & Installation

During construction and installation, we conduct site visits, answer contractor questions, review progress, and ensure every design detail is executed according to plan.

7. Styling & Reveal

The finishing touches make the difference. We carefully style your space with artwork, accessories, lighting, and décor before presenting your beautifully completed home.

8. Ongoing Support

Our relationship doesn't end at installation. We're available for future design updates, additional rooms, seasonal styling, renovations, and home furnishing needs as your lifestyle evolves.
